Planned Parenthood and the Soviet Model

Posted By on April 20, 2011

“[W]e could well take example from Russia,” advised Planned Parenthood founder, Margaret Sanger, “where birth control instruction is part of the regular welfare service of the government.”

My, how far modern liberal Democrats have progressed.

Sanger, Planned Parenthood matron and racial-eugenicist, who ran a “Negro Project,” who spoke to a KKK rally in 1926, who wished to rid America of its “human weeds” and “morons” and “imbeciles,” and who wanted birth control for “race improvement,” had just returned from a pilgrimage to Stalin’s Russia. Like many Potemkin progressives, she went there to soak in the glorious triumphs of the communist motherland. Each progressive dupe had a particular interest; John Dewey, for instance, hailed the Bolsheviks’ “Great Experiment” in public education. Sanger marveled at Lenin’s and Stalin’s wondrous advancements for women….

You’d think from Democrats’ reaction that taxpayer funding of the nation’s largest abortion provider was Article 1 of the U.S. Constitution, an inalienable right in the Declaration, the heart of Federalist 10, Washington’s Farewell Address, the writings of Franklin and Adams and John Locke, the cornerstone of the New Deal and Great Society, a sacred political covenant with the American taxpayer, etched in cement at the base of the Washington Monument.

It’s preposterous that America has run so far aground that one could even seriously entertain directing taxpayer dollars to America’s largest abortion provider.

This is indeed very sad, but if we are honest with ourselves and really do look at history with a critical eye, we lost our Republic a long time ago. We have been a Socialist/Communist State for a long time. Even Child Support is based on a Soviet/Communist model (redistribution of the wealth). See here:

I couldn’t finish reading the article because I choked on the second sentence, “My, how far modern liberal Democrats have progressed.”

This is not a Depublican or Remocrat issue. Both Democrats and Republicans are one and the same!

It is time we Christians open our eyes and admit that we have been duped by the “Christian” Republican party.

I’ll give one huge example that we love to ignore: When Mr. Bush was in the executive chair and both houses were Republican controlled, what one thing did our so called “Christian Party” do for abortion??? NOTHING! They had complete control and yet nothing was done. They could have outlawed it, but not a whisper was done.

The only exception were two republicans, Steve Stockman who introduced and Ron Paul, who repeatedly reintroduced the Sanctity of Life Act to Congress which would have defined human life and legal personhood as beginning at conception, which would legally protect the unborn under the Constitution. But every time the Act was introduced it got shot down by both Democrats AND Republicans.

Here’s another example: Republican, so-called “Christian”, George W. Bush took away more freedoms and liberties than any other president before him. We now have to be photographed naked or be subjected to sexual assault in order to travel on an airplane. This did not start with a Democrat but with a Republican.

The only difference between Democrats and Republicans is that Democrats are more honest.

Democrats come right out and tell us they are pro-abortion. Republicans say they are pro-life, they get elected, and then do nothing for the unborn, they truly are pro-abortion, the same as the Democrats.

Democrats say they want more socialist programs, which equates to bigger government. Republicans say they want to cut spending, but then they increase the size of government more than any Democrat could shake his shoe at.

No, the issue in this article is not a Democrat/Republican article. It is an article that shows how us Christians have turned our backs on God and fallen step toe in line with the State.

God bless America? God is judging America.

By the way, we have never been Democrats, and we are no longer Republicans.

  4. MurphyFamily, we aren’t Republicans either. They are just as guilty as the Democrats. But that doesn’t negate the point of the article, which is pointing out how wrong it is to make abortion a taxpayer-funded “right.”

  5. Totally agree, Mrs. Zwieg. We didn’t post this as a way of applauding Republicans–far from it! 😉
